Operational Instructions
Chassis Layout Placement: Mount the ESC into your 1/10 chassis electronic tray using double-sided foam tape or hook-and-loop pads. Ensure the location allows adequate airflow over the integrated heatsink ridges.
Motor and Battery Interconnect: Wire the dual motor output leads directly to your brushed motor tabs (verify rotation direction; swap wires if the motor runs in reverse). Connect the main input connector block to your chosen 2S LiPo or 6-cell NiMH battery source.
Receiver Channel Calibration: Plug the standard 3-pin servo-style signal lead into Channel 2 (TH/Throttle) on your surface receiver. Ensure correct pin mapping: Black/Brown to Ground, Red to Positive, and White/Orange to Signal.
Pre-Run Throttle Range Setup: Turn on your transmitter before powering the ESC. Run the vehicle on an elevated maintenance stand to verify that full forward, neutral braking, and reverse parameters index smoothly without physical binding or transmission lockups.

⚠️ Critical Hardware Warnings
Brushed Motor Drive Restrictions: This controller is designed strictly to alternate current timing for traditional brushed motors only. Do not attempt to wire this ESC to modern 3-wire brushless sensorless or sensored motors, as doing so will instantly cause phase sorting and fry the internal control board circuits.
Strict Cell Count Limitations: Do not exceed the rated upper input boundary. This ESC is engineered for a maximum input rail of 2S LiPo or 6S NiMH cells. Connecting a 3S LiPo (11.1V) or higher voltage battery will exceed the breakdown voltage of the internal capacitors and power FETs, resulting in immediate internal components meltdown and fire risk.
BEC Current Draw Thresholds: The onboard BEC outputs 5.6V with a 2A ceiling. While perfect for standard 1/10 scale drift and touring car steering servos, avoid pairing this ESC with ultra-high-torque, high-voltage digital coreless servos or heavy multi-winch crawler setups that drag high stall currents, as this can trigger a thermal BEC shutdown and cause a sudden loss of radio control.
