Operational Instructions

Mechanical Mounting Integration: Place the 14mm nano camera housing between the structural side plates of your drone frame canopy. Use the included hardware mounting kit to adjust the vertical tilt angle to match your forward flight velocity before final torque application.

Digital Coaxial Ribbon Interlocking: Guide the attached 8cm flexible coaxial ribbon cable into the MIPI camera socket of your Caddx Vista or DJI Air Unit video transmitter module. Gently lower the mechanical pressure locking bracket and secure the clamping screws down to ensure the ribbon pins do not shift loose during hard impacts.

Aspect Ratio System Calibration: Power up your DJI FPV Goggles and link a flight pack to the aircraft. Navigate into the goggle's internal on-screen display (OSD) settings menu, locate the camera calibration section, and toggle between 16:9 or 4:3 aspect profiles to complement your viewing preferences.

Notes

Strict MIPI Interface Ribbon Safety: The fine 8cm coaxial ribbon cable transmits high-frequency digital data. Avoid crimping, twisting sharply, or routing the cable across sharp carbon fiber frame edges, as damaging the micro-shielding lines will cause immediate digital video blackouts, erratic data freezing, or permanent connection failure.

Pre-Flight Screw Torque Policy: When locking your camera frame screws into the nano mounting brackets, stop turning immediately once firm resistance is felt. Excessive torque will easily strip out the soft internal threads of the nano-sized casing, leading to high-frequency flight vibrations and severe image blurring during flight.

Vibration Isolation Guard: While the internal digital processing architecture is optimized for high-speed tracking, severe high-frequency drone resonance from bent propeller tips or damaged motors can introduce visual artifacts on screen. Ensure your drone motors run smooth and mount soft rubber dampening rings on the camera brackets if stabilization artifacts persist.
