Performance and Compatibility

Install the antenna away from leading or magnetic elements (carbon, metal, motors).

Update your firmware to the latest version and follow the ELRS Community for updates, instructions, or development contributions.

Use iFlight ELRS receivers with iFlight transmitters for maximum performance. They have one of the best frequency stability on the market (only 11KHz deviation at 51.99976MHz).

Frequency options

The 900MHz and 2400MHz bands provide excellent performance and range. If you're unsure about your choice, check out the official ELRS Long Range tests.

Due to local regulations, the 900MHz band in the FCC region shows better performance than the 868MHz band in the EU. The 2400MHz frequency is suitable for any region and has a higher refresh rate (up to 500Hz). This is not a normal 2.4GHz protocol and cannot be compared with other analogues on the market.
