Operational Instructions

Mechanical Mounting Integration: Secure the 14mm nano camera housing between the structural side plates of your micro drone frame or inside a designated whoop canopy using standard micro hardware screws, adjusting the vertical tilt angle to match your forward flight velocity.

Digital MIPI Ribbon Interlocking: Obtain a compatible high-shielding HDZero MIPI camera ribbon cable (sold separately). Guide the cable ribbon terminal head straight down into the camera's rear MIPI socket interface until it securely seats, ensuring the delicate contact pins are completely aligned.

VTX Connection Interlocking: Route the opposite end of the MIPI cable into your HDZero video transmitter module. Lower any structural locking bars or clamp plates to ensure the high-frequency digital connection lines do not vibrate loose under high-G impacts.

Aspect Ratio System Calibration: Power up your HDZero FPV Goggles or VRX monitor module and link a flight pack to the drone. Strict 3.3V Input Limit Policy: This digital nano camera is engineered to run exclusively from a highly stable, regulated 3.3V DC power bus provided via the HDZero VTX unit. Never attempt to wire this camera module directly to a standard 5V pad or raw multi-S battery power lines, as bypassing input constraints will instantly cause unrecoverable digital processor burnout.

Delicate Digital Component Care: The micro-thin digital MIPI ribbon cable transmits extremely high-frequency data tracks. Avoid pinching, making sharp 90-degree creases, or routing the cable lines across raw carbon fiber frame edges, as microscopic trace fracturing will cause immediate digital video blackouts, erratic data freezing, or permanent connection failure.

Avoid Mechanical Over-Tightening: When locking the micro mounting screws into the nano camera's composite casing, stop turning immediately once light resistance is felt. Excessive torque can crack the 14mm chassis framework or strip out the soft internal threads.
