The ToolkitRC M7 is a highly versatile, single-channel DC smart balance charger, telemetry diagnostic station, and signal testing tool engineered to deliver robust power management for a comprehensive matrix of radio-controlled (RC) and FPV drone flight batteries. Operating as a heavily optimized, ultra-compact evolution within the M-series lineup, this pocket-sized station functions as a high-amperage balance charger, a cell internal resistance analyzer, a programmable DC power supply, and a multi-protocol signal generator. Outfitted with a high-contrast 2.0-inch IPS LCD telemetry screen and advanced regenerative discharging capabilities, it packs exceptional power density and deep field troubleshooting tools into a chassis weighing only 90 grams.
Features
Pocket-Sized Multi-Tool Architecture: Integrates four core utility modes into a single micro-chassis, operating as an intelligent balance charger, a precision cell diagnostics monitor, a signal tester, and a variable DC bench supply.
Advanced Regenerative Discharging: Supports heavy-duty recycling loops that route energy from discharging batteries back into a high-capacity DC field source at up to 200W, minimizing localized heat generation and conserving field energy reserves.
Vibrant IPS Telemetry Display: Integrated 2.0-inch IPS LCD panel provides wide-angle visual readouts of real-time cell voltages, operating current curves, and internal resistance metrics with excellent outdoor readability.
Regulated DC Power Supply Mode: Features adjustable Constant Current (CC) and Constant Voltage (CV) sub-routines, transforming the unit into a variable bench power supply delivering stable voltage and amperage boundaries to external peripheral gear.
Multi-Protocol Signal Command Center: Built-in hardware testing pipelines capture, analyze, and generate standard PWM, PPM, and SBUS signal streams to rapidly diagnose receiver telemetry, servos, and Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) calibration.
High-Density Lightweight Engineering: Formed into a heavily condensed physical footprint weighing just 90 grams, making it an ideal minimalist asset for field flight bags and travel setups.

Notes
External Power Supply Mandatory Requirement: The ToolkitRC M7 is a standalone DC-input charging station and does not integrate an AC wall transformer. To operate the unit on a bench or in the field, you must couple it with an external DC power source, such as a dedicated AC-to-DC bench power supply brick or a high-capacity field battery (e.g., a large 4S–6S LiPo pack) supplying between 7V and 28V.
Balance Lead Mandatory Policy: When charging any multi-cell lithium pack (2S through 6S), you must connect both the primary high-current XT60 lead and the corresponding white JST-XH balance connector board simultaneously. Attempting to charge multi-cell series lines without individual channel balance telemetry bypasses critical safety overrides and can cause severe cell over-voltage, localized battery expansion, or thermal hazards.
Proper Chemistry Selection Target: Always verify that the selected chemistry profile on the digital menu strictly matches the physical battery type connected. Charging a standard 4.20V LiPo pack under the elevated 4.35V LiHV profile will cause immediate cell degradation and poses a severe fire hazard.
Deployment Environment Restrictions: Always operate the station on a flat, solid, non-flammable, and well-insulated surface far away from carpets, wood, paper, or volatile materials. Protect the hardware core from mechanical impacts, moisture exposure, and direct continuous sunlight.
