The ToolkitRC M6D is a high-capacity, dual-channel DC smart balance charger engineered to provide elite power management for a comprehensive matrix of radio-controlled (RC) and FPV drone flight batteries. Featuring an advanced dual-topology processing engine, this station operates seamlessly in both asynchronous dual-channel tracks and high-throughput synchronous combined single-channel lanes. Outfitted with a high-contrast 2.4-inch IPS LCD telemetry screen, precise Terminal Voltage Control (TVC) configuration blocks, and advanced regenerative discharging capabilities, it delivers massive power density alongside deep diagnostic tracking within an exceptionally compact physical footprint.
Features
Asynchronous & Synchronous Topography: Dual-mode routing engine facilitates the isolated charging of two independent battery lines concurrently, or links both circuits together to pipe massive single-channel current paths for large flight packs.
Advanced Regenerative Discharging: Supports heavy-duty recycling loops that route energy from discharging batteries back into a high-capacity DC field source at up to 250W per channel, minimizing bench heat and conserving field power.
Precision Terminal Voltage Control: Houses an adjustable TVC sub-routine allowing micro-scale modifications to individual cell termination thresholds, giving pilots fine control over maximum capacity thresholds and long-term cycle safety.
Vibrant IPS Telemetry Display: Integrated 2.4-inch IPS LCD panel provides wide-angle visual readouts of real-time cell voltages, operating current curves, and total internal resistance metrics across both channels.
Regulated DC Power Mode: Bypasses standard battery balancing routines to transform either channel into a variable, regulated benchtop power supply delivering user-defined voltage and current boundaries to external peripheral gear.
Upgradable Multi-Function USB Port: Outfitted with a 5V/2.1A USB Type-A accessory terminal designed to efficiently recharge mobile flight devices or interface with a PC for rapid firmware optimization patches.

Operational Structural Modes
Asynchronous Dual-Port Mode: Connect separate battery lines into the isolated XT60 and JST-XH balance ports on Channels 1 and 2 independently. This layout yields up to 250W/15A per channel, running separate charging parameters concurrently.
Synchronous Single-Port Overdrive: Requires a specialized physical bridging adapter harness to link the positive and negative terminals of both output channels into a unified single lead. Once bridged and configured in the system menu, the charger delivers its full combined capacity of 500W/25A down a single high-power line.
Notes
External Power Supply Mandatory Requirement: The ToolkitRC M6D is a standalone DC-input charging station and does not integrate an AC wall transformer. To operate the unit on a bench or in the field, you must couple it with an external DC power source, such as a high-capacity AC-to-DC bench power supply brick or a high-capacity field battery supplying between 7V and 28V capable of sustaining up to 30A.
Balance Lead Mandatory Policy: When charging any multi-cell lithium pack (2S through 6S) under either output mode, you must connect both the primary high-current XT60 lead and the corresponding white JST-XH balance connector board simultaneously. Attempting to charge multi-cell series lines without individual channel balance telemetry bypasses critical safety overrides and can cause severe cell over-voltage, localized battery expansion, or thermal hazards.
Proper Chemistry Selection Target: Always verify that the selected chemistry profile on the digital menu strictly matches the physical battery type connected. Charging a standard 4.20V LiPo pack under the elevated 4.35V LiHV profile will cause immediate cell degradation and poses a severe fire hazard.
