Z-Folding Process

The Z-Folding Process battery demonstrates remarkable performance and versatile capabilities. Due to its low internal resistance, it provides efficient high-current discharge in shorter periods, leading to an increased discharge platform. Compared to batteries made with winding technology, it reaches a discharge platform 0.2V higher under equivalent loads, ensuring stable and reliable energy output. Additionally, it boasts 5% higher energy density in the same volume, accompanied by an extended service life. The Z-Folding process allows for precise electrode sizing to match lithium battery dimensions, optimizing control over the battery's size and shape. This battery has better performance characteristics, a wider range of appearance and shape options, and broader applicability compared to batteries made using winding technology.

Warning

  • Please fully charge a new battery before use.

  • Use only a charger designed for lithium-polymer/lithium-ion batteries, and never leave the battery unattended during the charging process.

  • During charging, always keep the battery away from flammable and explosive materials.

  • Never overcharge the battery. The maximum voltage for a LiHV battery is 4.35V per cell.

  • Never discharge the battery to a level below 3.0V per cell under load.

  • Do not store fully charged batteries for more than 3 days. For long-term storage, maintain the voltage within 3.8-3.9V.

  • Do not disassemble, crush, short-circuit, or expose to flame or other ignition sources.

  • Do not use deformed or swollen batteries.
