Hypershell X PRO Exoskeleton

Hypershell X PRO is an advanced consumer exoskeleton that

combines robotics and artificial intelligence. It is designed

for professional travelers, mountaineers and outdoor

enthusiasts to radically reduce the load on legs and

increase endurance.

Technical parameters:

Device weight: 1.8 kg (ultralight construction due to

aluminum alloy and carbon fiber).

Power: Peak output power of the M-One motor is 800 W.

Torque: Up to 32 Nm, which allows compensating up to

30 kg of weight during ascent.

Intelligent system: AI MotionEngine technology with a

response frequency of 2 ms (0.03 sec) instantly

recognizes the user's intentions.

Operating modes: 9 main modes, including "Mountain

terrain", "Stairs", "Running" and "Bicycle".

Protection degree: IP54 (complete protection against

dust and resistance to water splashes/rain).

Temperature range: Operates in extreme conditions from

-20 to +60°C.

Autonomy: Support for 65W fast charging (via USB-C).

The total lifespan of the mechanism is rated for

4000 km of mileage.

Hypershell X PRO Exoskeleton – main module with

integrated motors and carbon elements.

Hypershell Intelligent Battery – a set of replaceable

lithium-ion batteries (usually 2 pcs. for quick

replacement in the field).

Mounting system – a set of adjustable straps for waist

fixation and ergonomic hip cuffs with a 4 mm composite

lining.

USB-C Charger – a power supply unit with up to 65W

power for rapid energy recovery.

Soft case/Transportation bag – for convenient storage

and carrying of the device in a folded state.
