Notes

Strict Chemistry Exclusion Constraint: This charging board is strictly designed for 3.8V nominal (4.35V cutoff) LiHV batteries. It is completely incompatible with standard 1S LiPo batteries rated for a 4.20V cutoff. Attempting to charge a standard 4.20V LiPo pack under this high-voltage profile will cause extreme cell over-voltage, structural swelling, permanent chemistry degradation, and a severe fire hazard.

Continuous Supervision Policy: Never leave the charging hardware unattended during an active power cycle. Always operate the charger on flat, solid, non-flammable, and insulated surfaces far away from paper, wood, carpets, or volatile chemical storage areas.

Battery Health Verification: Inspect all micro packs thoroughly before execution. Do not plug in cells exhibiting physical structural indentation, wire insulation damage, terminal oxidation, or puffing. Immediately disconnect and quarantine any pack that exhibits extreme heat or abnormal chemical odor during operation.
