Operational Instructions
Mainline Power Setup: Connect the heavy-duty AC power cable to a wall outlet. Upon terminal boot-up, the primary digital telemetry interface will illuminate.
System Startup Unlock: Every time the device is powered on, you must manually tap the control button to unlock the user interface before setting up a charging loop.
Chemistry Cutoff Selection: Press and hold the control button for 2 seconds to enter the settings menu and choose the correct target voltage cutoff matching your battery chemistry.
Current Parameter Adjustment: Press the control button simultaneously/in sequence to cycle through and modify the desired output charging amperage.
Cycle Execution: Connect your flight pack to both the primary XT30 power port and the corresponding JST-XH balance port. The charger will evaluate the active cell voltages and automatically initiate the charging profile once conditions are verified as safe.
Notes
Balance Lead Mandatory Policy: When charging any multi-cell pack (2S, 3S, or 4S), you must connect both the primary power lead (XT30) and the white JST-XH balance connector simultaneously. Attempting to charge multi-cell series lines without individual channel balance telemetry bypasses critical safety overrides and can cause severe cell over-voltage, localized battery expansion, or thermal hazards.
Proper Chemistry Selection Target: Always verify that the selected chemistry profile on the LCD menu strictly matches the physical battery type connected. Charging a standard LiPo pack under the elevated 4.35V LiHV profile will cause immediate cell degradation and poses a severe fire hazard.
Deployment Environment Restrictions: Operate the unit strictly within its designated AC input limits. Do not deploy the charger in areas exposed to high temperatures, heavy moisture, or in close proximity to flammable or explosive materials. Always disconnect the mainline AC plug when the charger is sitting idle on the bench.
