This bend-resistant carbon fiber with aluminum insets weighs very little and is capable of extending in length up to three meters. The telescopic sections are locked / unlocked by a clockwise / counterclockwise rotation system. The top is equipped with a 1/4"-20 screw for mounting your ONE X or ONE camera or accessory, and the bottom features a 1/4"-20 socket for mounting on a tripod or other mounting hardware.
